Located just steps away from one of Florida best beaches, Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, these two Naples beach condos are located in the Vanderbilt Towers I at Vanderbilt Beach (closest of the 3 buildings to the beach entrance), corner of Gulf Shore Drive and Immokalee. The studio is on the ground floor of an eight story building with a secured lobby in a gated community. Direct access to pool via lanai door and quick access to beach from side door. Living room and lanai looks out onto green lawn and trees. No elevator use necessary. The one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor allowing easy access via the stairs or elevator. This apartment has two queen size beds ideal for a couple likes to stretch out on their own bed or two adults with small children.

Both condos have been decorated with new furniture and window treatments, all new bedding, new living room rug. We offer all the amenities of home right down to the very last detail — all cookware, dishes, blankets, hairdryers, iron, new 55′ LED/LCD TV with cable, high speed Wi-Fi Internet, built in Roku TV. Beach necessities (including beach towels, beach chairs) are available as well.

The studio has a queen bed separated from kitchen by 3/4 wall. Living area has 1 sofa queen bed, 1 bathroom (Sleeps 2 adults + 1 young children). Condo is 524 ft² of living area which includes the kitchen, full bath/shower, dining table, living room with a queen sleeper/ sofa and a armchair. Screened lanai with table and chairs is extra ~70 ft². There is a very comfortable new queen size bed as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a shared laundry room available just down the hall.

The one bedroom condo overlooks the marina, pool and parking lot. As with the studio there is a sharted laundry room down the hall.

The condo is minutes from the Trader Joes, Whole Foods and the upscale shopping/restaurant area called Mercado. In addition to upscale shops, quaint specialty stores and fantastic art galleries, Naples also offers a nearby outlet mall and the shopping areas of Waterside, Tin City and 5th Ave shops. The nearby Mercado has a movie theater and multiple restaurants.
The months of January, February and March are considered high season. Two week minimum stays are required for all other months. Discounts available for multiple months per stay (not applicable from January to April). Bookings needed 30 days in advance to check-in. Required rental application must be supplied to condo association by owner in advance for approval (30 days standard or <10 days express check-in at extra cost). Minimum stays are imposed by the Building Owners Association to maintain more of a neighborhood than a hotel environment. Maximum guests is 3 (2 adults and 1 young child fit comfortably). No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
